This custom A/C vent kit was designed to deliver strong airflow in a tight space while staying true to the style of the truck.
The center vents swivel firmly inside wool felt and include a polished trim ring like shown. The center section features a vintage-inspired aluminum plate that can be customized in the paint color of your choice. Painting is not included. The rigid 3D-printed center structure does not flex and will need to be sanded and painted. (The ones pictured are sanded and primed)
A lot of time went into designing the right and left side vents to provide strong airflow in a limited area while matching the style of the truck. The side vents also swivel, and all hose connections are 2.5", so Vintage Air kits work perfectly with this setup.
The kit is sold in two parts: the center vent assembly for $750 and the side vent set for $750.
Installation of the side vents takes time. The front trim piece serves as a template for where the dash will need to be cut. Installation should be done by an experienced installer.
